    Dear coaches,

    Could you please have a look at my squat? These are last set of three.

    Apart from the things I don’t even know I’m doing wrong, I wonder if depth is ok and if I’m too slow in the bottom. Trying not to pause but also trying to hit depth.

    Also, do you know of anyone doing SS in Stockholm, Sweden?

    Arvid:

    Your stance is wide and you're lifting your chest once you get part of the way up. Bring the feet in until your heels are directly beneath your armpits, and stay leaned over while driving your hips up on the way up. That should make depth less challenging for you.
