    Hello guys,
    Some time ago i posted my first form check
    Squat form check

    Here is my second video. Its my 1 set of 3 with 100kg.
    What do u guys think? Am i on the right track?

    Thanks for your reply coach. So my old problem still remain? I guess have to get my hips back and bend over more?! Any other tipp?

    Try looking at the floor about five in front of you so that your neck is in a neutral position. Not cranked up looking in the mirror. Drive your hips up out of the bottom.

    Get yourself a TUBOW, and practice getting your knees out and to the TUBOW quickly and then sitting back.

    I should have mentioned along with hip drive to keep the barbell over the middle of your feet. Beware the goodmorning squat.
