Squat form check
Hi, I got worse mobility in left shoulder and if i force my left wrist to neutral position then my left elbow endup much higher then right elbow. Is it ok to I do it like in video ? Is there way to fix it and is it necessary? Also I don't know if my form suck, please let me know. Thanks.

Please check out the stickies at the top and read through how to become verified for form checks in this sub-forum. One of the stickies will also explain the best way to film and post form checks.
In the meantime, you can post in the Technique sub-forum for a form check while you're waiting to become verified.
