    Default Form Check: Squat - twerking??? WTF

    This is my last working set of 5. Felt good. To my novice eye it looks good. Though it kind of looks like my ass is dipping just at the end there.

    Looks like you are an inch high. I would narrow stance about 1/2 inch each side, angle your toes out a bit more, and shove knees out on descent.

    yeah, 1st one seemed high for sure, the rest were closer, but seemed high.
    I say seemed because the camera angle sucks (low perspective; looking up like an ant would view it) so its hard to tell.

    Not trying to be an ass, but bunching the (black) shorts up into a diaper only masks the landmarks on your hip/body that we are looking for.
    That's not helping, we don't need to see your bare thighs, as nice as they are
    Squatting naked would be better.
    (or just non-black shorts or tight leggings, etc)

    Other than that, everything looks ok.
    Its definitely not a strength issue.
