    Get a TUBOW and practice, a lot. Many things are wrong here - and divebombing is not helping.

    Your knees go too far forward at the bottom. You are going too deep and losing tightness at the bottom. This makes you come up on your toes during the ascent.

    Slow down and practice with TUBOW.
