Hi El Rojo!
In your set up, feel "tight armpits" as you puff your chest out and keep your elbows slightly in front of the bar. Make sure to get a FULL shrug at the top and focus on keeping the bar closer on the way down with elbows in front of the bar (don't let them dip below at the bottom). This will make the drive back up much easier. You want your elbows to stay in front as long as you can on the way up. Overall looks good though! These are just nitpicking that will help in the long run. Get a big breath at the top, that'll help as you start grinding them out more.
