Am I correct, you were lifting with a SS coach but then had to leave? If so, what did the SS coach say about your recurring back problems? Were they due to technique problems?

Yes. While training with the SS coach, I corrected multiple issues I had with my form
- Bar position on the back
- feet width
- Keeping knees out more
- Initiating hips and knees together
- bending over more.
I plan on going back every 2 months or so, to keep my form in check.
