Tough to tell too much from this angle. Your lockout looks great. We just need to get the elbows forward of the bar at the bottom.

Gotcha. The reason I asked is because you shouldn't be trying to rest the bar on your chest. In the correct set-up, there is a 97% chance the bar will be floating above your chest/collarbone unless you have super short forearms. Look at Brett's start position. Do you see how it floats a couple inches above his chest? Make the wrist and elbow position priority number one.
