This guy walks into a bar...
And does a low bar squat. There is your semi lame dad joke of the week.
I need some help. I have worked the SS program off and on for 4 years now. I previously topped out at a 315x3x5 squat and a 365x5 DL. I am in need of advice.
Right now here are my lifts.
Squat 330x3x5
Deadlift 345x1x5
Press 135x3x5
Bench 200x3x5
PC 150x5x3
I feel like my DL should be way higher. Should I force a Deload on my squat to try and get my DL up? The percentage above my squat is not enough me thinks. And I am beginning to miss consistently on both.

Welcome. Try posting some form check videos to the right subform, and try the programming forum for programming advice. The coaches are much more qualified to answer these questions than the novice lifters. If you don't have the silver book yet, I suggest it. The novice chapter has some great content for lifters like yourself, who are more of an advanced novice. I am in the same camp: deadlift close to the squat, and beginning to stall. I opted for a 10% back off in weight, with a light squat day on Wednesdays. Details on these adjustments were from the silver book. I am going to let it work itself out, because too much playing catch up with my deadlift caused recovery deficit at heavier weights.

Dang, I was looking for the video of someone headbutting the bar....
But, welcome anyway!
C'mon, we've all done it (for me, once on press, and once getting out from under the bar after squat, but only once for each lift)
Hoping to avoid headbutting the bar on bench (deadly) or deadlift (nearly impossible). I'll probably manage on chins.

I decided to deload. I was doing the full warmups for the app as well. My total volume was at 16,000 lbs on some days. Trimmed some of the warmups down except squats.
