These are deeper than they need to be.
Stay in your hips. Don't pick your chest up halfway through the ascent.
Pull your elbows down and together.

I've taken replies into consideration, and have focused on shoving my knees out. Although I believe my knees don't cave in as much, I still feel some problems which may or may not be noticeable in this video:
for one, my feet tilts and moves slightly.
