Squat form Knee forward
Been squatting for about a year and just recently took a video. Looks like over time my form has slipped. The knees are really coming forward. I’m assuming it’s the bar has gotten a bit higher and I’m not sitting back enough but thought I could use our input:

I’m gonna back off the weight and clean up the form.

I think you should get tighter and push your knees forward sooner.
