    165lbsx5. I know my hand placement and wrist extension is not optimal. However, I have terrible shoulder flexibility. I'm working on it. Please critique the rest. Thank you.

    Get your upper back organized, tight, and in extension prior to lifting the bar out of the rack. Proud chest, elbows down and together.
    Stop lifting your chest on the way up. Drive with hips.

    What are you doing for your shoulder mobility? Honestly with your grip that wide and your wrists that extended you're going to have a really hard time maintaining any kind of rigidity in your upper back.
