Have you tried working with a SS coach?

There’s not one in TN, but a squat / deadlift SS seminar is happening in April that I’m going to try to attend.

I've thought about that, but not sure about the feasibility of being able to easily record my lifts in a very busy gym. It's something I might try after this summer's baseball season.

Technique on my squat and deadlift felt very good today. Maybe I'm a wuss, but I got some neoprene shin guards and that seemed to help encourage me to drag the bar full ROM on my legs for the deadlift. Also, I've found the bounce depth level on my squats and now feel like I'm no longer not going too deep or not deep enough. I've got some squat shoes being shipped to my house today, so that should also help out a lot. Do people deadlift with these also, or do they switch shoes between lifts? I was tired going into the lifts today because I did a lot of baseball specific practice yesterday. The OHP felt pretty heavy especially. I'm thinking a pre-workout powder might be in order on days like today in the future...

Wow... It's amazing how squat shoes (Adidas Power Perfect III) help even at low amounts of weight. Definitely worth the purchase! Everything felt good today.

Squats felt heavy today, not a lot of bounce from the hole. OHP also is getting heavy. DL felt great for a change.
