I’ll go see a doctor this week, but thought I’ll throw this out there.
Monday - Hit 90Kg squat. Was able to finish 5x3 without any pain. Might have rocked forward a little on my right toes during one of the reps.
Was hurting a little, and then later hat day or the next, my 8 yr old decided to kick me in the shin 3 times. With bare feet though and with the forefoot.
Friday - pushed through some pain (to touch) and did 40x3x5 power cleans.
Through the weekend, and even now I have pain and swelling below my knee. It’s sort of towards 45 degrees towards the inside, if 0 were facing forward. So not on the side that touches the other leg, but between that facing forward. The pain responds to an ace bandage.
Any idea what I tore? Strained? And when I can start squatting again?

He probably means a hematoma. A bruise. He probably doesn't mean a DVT.
