    Hey coaches,

    I'm following up from my previous thread.

    After failing twice with 122kg I've taken my first reset and now I'm almost there again.

    This was my last set from today's workout, with 118kg.


    I think I finally worked out my tendency to shift the weight at the bottom and twist the bar, at least it seems and feels much better. The discomfort I was feeling in the hips is gone. I'm also trying to not shift my gaze up right before coming out of the hole, it still happens a bit but less than before.

    My overall impression is that I'm more in control than when I was at this weight before, but I'd like to keep improving to maintain proper form when I get to my former PR, so any feedback is much appreciated.

    These look pretty damn good. Go on up 2.5k.
