    me thinks you're there for depth now Matt,
    the last 3 reps might be up just a smidge,
    think of an inch lower, if at all.

    do we see some knee slide at the bottom?

    the weight is moving fast, keep at it.

    again, I'm not a coach, grains of salt.

    Thanks for the reply. I added still frames to the end of this new video and you are correct. I am riding the edge of height, but I would think below parallel is below parallel. I'm not sure I understand knee slide yet. Will do some reading.

    Making videos has helped for sure. Was hard for me to be sure on all on them. Still going to try and creep a bit lower.

    As for knee slide, one possibility is I'm a bit on my toes, which did happen on the previous set that I needed correct think about. I will keep that in mind next time.

    I am tall like you, and get on my toes some also, that's the knee slide, think ass back and feel for your heels, and midfoot.
    those stills show good depth, you don't want to go too deep either, stay here where you are.
