Let me rephrase with more proper English. In your opinion, do you think it might be possible to low bar squat with a cambered bar?

I know nothing about the other half of the equation: your shoulder. Have you tried it?

I see coach, I have tried low bar squatting but right now my ROM is so limited and is painful enough to distract me from focusing on the lift. My ROM is improving and I am trying to look for a viable alternative until I am flexible enough to low bar squat pain free. I have not yet tried the cambered bar. I do not have one and my military gyms don't have one. I was wondering if the cambered squat bar would be such an alternative until I can properly low bar squat. If plausible, I may purchase one.

David, I don't know, because it depends on what your shoulder will tolerate. Not my shoulder. Your shoulder. You'll have to try it and see.

Thanks coach. I understand that. I am apparently not communicating my intent very well. I am just wondering if it's possible to low bar squat with a cambered squat bar. Should've just led with it worded that way.

Yes, I have a very bent bar I use for squats. Works just fine.
