    Hello.

    I would like to know where in technique I am right now. I worked on going wider with my stance and stay on the hips recently. I also switched to a flat shoes because I feel that I can control the weight much more than in heeled ones.

    Because Chuck Taylors are not supportive of your feet, and your feet cannot be replaced.
