    Hi.I started powerlifting about 3 months ago.I had 1 day heavy and 1 day light squat per week.I couldnt see fast progression thats why i ve been squatting 2 day heavy per week for a month.After that i could put 2.5 kg per session. I felt very good my last session. I just felt casual muscle ache after that session, but yesterday i felt little ache in my knee cab when i touched it. Also i noticed that its slightly blown up. But there is no limited rom. After my short resarch on google i think it can be tendon problem. Should i consider to see a doctor or not. What is your opinions.

    2 heavy squat days per week beyond the novice stage = not good. Day 1 heavy/intensity (80%+), Day 2 light/volume (60-70%).
