I have a sligth pain at my left ankle, outer side, right around that bony bulge on our ankles. It hurts every 10 to 15 seconds like as if a wave of pain travels down my calf, I suspect it might have to do something with me exhaling or inhaling. I started feeling this last week but I didn't stop training because it wasn't bothering me much on a daily basis or during my training sessions. I added 10 pounds to my squat this week (SS NLP) despite this ankle issue but I figured I'd ask you anyway, is there anything that I should do right now to treat it, fix it or further diagnose this; or should I just keep on training and see if goes away on its own?
