Thanks again for the comments last week, from Back Angle Cues !?.

Moved feet in about an inch or two, constantly shoving knees out, and all groin irritation went away within a couple of days - THANK you for the help! I'm still having trouble with my back angle, can't get it through my thick head. Well, re-read [again] the squat chapter and found a cue to lead the decent with your chest, which I think is helping me get the right angle on the way down, and maybe helping it get there on the way up - it looks like my elbows are moving a little as soon as I start the ascent? Secondly, I'm trying to drive hips straight UP, and I feel that the bar path got straighter, but on a few of these my depth is boarderline.

Here's the third/worst set of the day:

Any thoughts or advice is greatly appreciated!
