Amazon has a pretty good deal on "Nordic Lifting Weightlifting Shoes Ideal for Crossfit & Gym" weight lifting/cross trainer combination shoes. They do not have much of a raised heel. Good reviews.

I could order them or Adidas Powerlift 3.1's. Heel on those is raised.

Note I do not do cross fit. Looking for opinions, thanks

Go with the Adidas. The Nordics you are looking at is made for cross training, which is why it says good for CrossFit. You'll notice from the pics and the description that the design is made with cardio and general fitness in mind. That being said, Nordic does also have dedicated lifting shoes, but I don't much about the quality of them.
Adidas is tried and true in the lifting community. The Powerlift 3.1 is what I use as my go to shoe, as does my wife. My local SSC and her husband both use the Powerlift 2.
