    my stats:
    age 18 yo
    height 174
    wheigt 85
    squat 140x3
    bench press 80x3
    deadlift 112.5x3
    overhead press 45x4

    my goal is to go back to 80 and lift 450 on the exercise above.

    my program look like this:

    day 1
    squat 5x5
    bench press 5x5
    pulldown 5x5

    day 2
    squat 3x3 same weigth as first day
    bench press 3x3
    pulldown 3x3

    day 3
    squat/deadlift 1x1-5
    bench press/overhead press 1x1-5
    squat/deadlift 2x5 - light
