    Default DIY T-shaped Lifting Platform Plans?

    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    Does anyone have any material list or plans for a t-shaped lifting platform similar to what Rip uses at WFAC?

    I searched the forum already and couldn't find anything.

    I need to build 3 of them and would like to bolt the racks directly to the floor.

    We have T-shaped platforms at WFAC? When did we get those?

    I'm not sure what you call them. Maybe I should have said lifting platform, but should have specified rack platform? What would call the platforms around the racks in the main part of the gym?

    It s a 4x8 platform in contact with the power rack.
