    Hi all,
7 weeks post shoulder surgery. Had a Biceps Tenodesis done, after type 2 SLAP tear, everything else ok. Just wondering on any advice for rehab? Shoulder rehab case study video by Rip? Surgeon said can't start to load the bicep for 8 weeks then can start very lightly loading the bicep.
    Any advice would be appreciated.
    Cheers
    Aaron

Seems like you already have your marching orders from your surgeon. Surgical precautions are there for a reason, and if you go against those recommendations, you own whatever happens.

Once you start training again, do exactly what the NLP teaches you. Start with something you can manage, add a small increment of weight each time you do it, and over time, with enough patience, you’ll be close to, or surpassing, your pre-surgical numbers.
