Default Any advice on improving deadlift form?

Here's a video of a recent work set.

    220 lbs x 5

    YouTube

Feel like I am going through the right steps and thinking right cues but when I look at myself in video it never looks right with my back looking weak.

    Any tips/advice?

and the starting position is not comfortable for me by the way. I feel it would be a real struggle to get more extension doing what I am doing now (which could be horribly incorrect).

The problem is that you are looking straight down. Your gaze should ideally be about 10-15 feet in front of you. If you have that same setup you will need to be looking at the wall in front of you(but not the mirror). The bottom position is not supposed to be comfortable. In fact if it is comfortable, it is wrong. Look forward more. Chest up harder.

Fix your eye gaze, look at the floor about 12-15 feet in front of you. That should help you get the chest up while pulling the slack out of the bar before the actual pull.

Ah...that is actually quite obvious in hindsight haha.
