    Dear Rip,

Thanks a million times for your good work!

    After 3 months of SS my 63 years body gained 6 kilos (13 pounds), deadlift went up from 60 (132) to 110 (242), benchpress from 30 (66) to 72 (158) and the press from 23 (50) to 42 (92).
    Just taking it slow.
    But:
It seems my squat is lagging behind: from 50 (110) to a meager 67 (147)......tried every variety of good and bad form......
So my question is, more in general, what to do when one of the lifts is seriously failing to go up?

(Maybe nice know that I put you on a incentive program. Every time you use ‘kilo’ and ‘meter’ in your video in stead of lbs/stones/feet/inches/dicklengths/hairwidths/pebbles I put 10 eurocents in a little box. When you retire I will send the total amount to your address. So don’t retire. Get rich!)

Cheers from Kees from Holland (aka the Netherlands, we speak Dutch, that’s not Deutsch as they speak in Germany)
