Form Check - Back Squat
Hi all,
I'm looking for feedback on my back squat.
- This is a heavy set of 4 reps at #190. You can see the bar speed slow down, I probably could have done 1-2 more reps.
- I think I use a high bar squat position, based on what I read. I cannot find a good low bar squat position that works for me, without in-person guidance. When I try to position the bar lower, it feels like it is sliding off my back. I am comfortable with staying with high bar squat, it's fine with me.
- If there is a better camera position, please let me know.

High bar squats are pretty straightforward. These look fine. Don't need to go quite so low

Thanks for the feedback, glad to hear my form looks fine. I will try to not go as low, but still get to parallel.
