    Holy dive-bomb!
    Assuming you're looking to do low bar squats. If so, the bar is too high on your back. Widen your grip and get the bar lower so it sits below the spine of the scaps. Check out the video by Nick Delgadillo on our YouTube channel for help with finding the spot on your own.
    Once you have it the right spot, you're going to need to lean over as soon as you start and descend WITH CONTROL into the bottom of the squat. Sit your hips back and point your nipples at the ground UNDER CONTROL, until your hip crease is below the tops of your knee caps. Then stay leaned over and drive your hips in the air on the way up.

    Thank you. I squatted again today and incorporated your advice (wider grip, leaning over, slowing down). This is what it looks like now:
