    Mark
You state that the tendinitis in your knee/knees is caused from squatting wrong for many years. squatting with knees and quads.
When you implemented the LB squat how much weight did you pull off the bar while in the learning phase of the LB squat ?
Did you box squat for a little while ?
Please elaborate if you dont mind.

    Thanks

I didn't suddenly "implement" the low-bar squat, as you guys had the luxury of doing. It was a very long process, and the box squat was a big part of teaching me about the use of the posterior chain. I'm still learning.

    Thanks Rip
Im gonna start over using box squats as you demonstrate. My quads are strong and my knees are screaming.
The lack of posterior strength and flexibility is impressive.
I started back on LP in Oct-Nov 2019, Ive been able to get my squat up to 280 5x3. had to reset at 265...I started box squats today 5x4 and wow glut medius has woken up.
I have the weight at 135...is this weight to low or can/should I LP from there. Hoping tendinitis clears up in 6-8 weeks.
    Thanks again Mark.

You ought to be able to start these at 225. Make 185x1 you last warmup just in case.
