Standard deal: these are all high, knees sliding at the bottom, back angle too vertical.
Could I have a form check please?
Had left knee pain about 2 months ago. Took the weight down and tried to work on leaning over more and reaching back more. Got the weight up to 340 3x5 and had a little left knee pain again. Pushed in and did 345 and could only eek out 1 rep and the left knee hurt a lot.
Did box squats to rehab, back up to 325 3x5 and knee pain in last rep. Didn’t film that but captured this video at 315. Knee started to hurt again.
I have been told the bar is too low and I tend to rock toward the right when I come out of the hole.

Thank you for being kind and telling me I am doing it all wrong. Back to the drawing board. Re-watching my reps I now see it. I am cheating the depth really bad.
The knee pain is obviously explained now.
It's a term the kids use for letting the knees relax out of the hamstrings at the bottom of the squat. I'm trying to stay relevant.
