    Default Increasing more on Monday, less on Wed and Friday?

    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    I couldn't find this in the books. If I am starting to stall, does the NLP need to be equal increments each time? Would adding 5 lbs on Monday and 2 lbs on Wed and Fri screw up the program? I feel a lot better on Mondays after the extra rest day.
    If that isn't the a good idea, I might drink more milk, drop the weight and start building up in equal units.

    It's safer just to switch to 2.5lb jumps for the upper body lifts when they start to get hard.
