Default SS with above parallel squats

I was just wondering if anyone has tried to run SSNLP without going to depth with squats. I find this movement very hard and I think going to full ROM may not help with this. I find it hard to maintain an arched lower back in the hole and my long-legged proportions don't seem to help.

When I put max efforts on the reps, I seem to forget about safety and just try to get the weight up. I would rather go as low as possible without rounding.
    Thoughts?

If they are hard, you probably shouldn't do them. Hard things are so seldom worth the effort that I always recommend against them.

I have the Starting Strength posters on my wall and my favourite is the famous Mark Rippetoe quote "Easy works best"*
