I am 18 years old male and I recently started the program.
Before that i had a personal trainer who "build" me a "program" which include front squat,leg extantion,leg curl and smith machine lunge. everything was ok for a month or two until i started to experience knee pain in the pattela (it feels like i got hit in the pattela) and it hurts all the time, but the pain is not serious yet annoying (there are no red flags).After about 10 weeks the pain got a bit better but stopped improving I went to the doctor and he said it is patellofemoral pain syndrome.I also started to read about starting strengh,and I read the blue book and listened to the Podcast, So my question is if the low bar squat will help me with my condition,I have a llittle pain at the bottom but is tolerable (I am making sure that i shove my knees out) or i should rather do box squats or not to squat at all.And what about the power clean should I avoid it I have also have a bit to no pain when jumping but I still using very light weight(Id ont have pain deadlifting.
