    Is there a way to custokuze reps or sets on the app?

    There is no way to custokuze reps or sets unless you're female, then you can change to the female program which does 3 reps for some exercises. Its a very specific protocol which works so just follow it and reap the benefits.

    I can't find 'custokuze' at Merriam-Webster, but given that Shabu says it can apply to females, I'm wondering if the 's' should be an 'n'?

    mmmhmmm.

    my biggest question about all this is that clearly OP's auto correct changed something he / she typed to "custokuze". I cant even imagine how this is possible.
