After watching Choosing Your Warm up Weights | JD Shipley, then reading PPfST, I see that it's recommended for warmup weights (after the empty bar sets) to be roughly 50%, 70%, and 90% of your work weight. I noticed that the app (which I default to for programming) had set the warmups at 110, 170, and 230 lbs of a 290 lbs work weight.

Can I adjust the percentages that calculates all lifts? Do I have to set the workout weight manually for each lift each training session?
