spud inc deadlift belt
Bought a spud inc deadlift belt this week and just uused it toda on my deadlifts, and must say I like it...no problems getting into position and the belt is also very comfortable, it can easily be used for squats also as it is 4 inches wide ( 100mm ). .I may alternate it with my leather belt to see how it feels on the squat.
...oh and the new nike romaleos are friggin awesome.

Yeah the spud inc belt looks great, it's too bad it's not IPF legal.

Does it stay tight? Does the wide part go all the way around and overlap, or is there a gap where just the strap is in the front?

Yea mahogany It stays tight the Velcro strap is sound and tight, yea and depending on how tight you like it it can be closed right up or open a bit.(an inch or 2) works fine either way..it really felt good whilst deadlifting and squatting.
