    I was there. :-) Alan is a great guy, and it was fun to be at the seminar. I've been able to train with Jordan and Austin a fair amount, and they are always great.

    I've done this with other lifters / coaches before. It's a definite possibility, but you're probably not going to be coaching people right away.

    There are thousands of uncertified coaches supervising in high school weight rooms across the US. The head coach should have a protocol put in place for hiring assistants (CPR & First Aid, local school district required certs or permits, and background checks), but other than the school's head strength coach and maybe 1 or 2 Phys. Ed. guys, most assistants do not have the CSCS / NSCA / SSC stamp of approval.

    That sounds like a great idea. I'll look into that some more after I've had way more time under the bar myself thanks!
