    and whye?

    #2-
How many of your push the prowler the leaned-over-straight-armed-way-sprint-as-fast-you-can-gonna-blow-out-your-achilles-tendon-way?
    and why?

    #3-
Other, explain yourself. (ex: you drag it, or some silly BS like that)

    I do #2 . . . erroneously I guess.
Balls to the wall, full sprint, with around #180 on the sled on asphalt.
I can't see utterly destroying myself doing #1.

#1 - not quite witht he tucked elbows part
#2 - I have the Butcher sled, so I push the low bar half the time anyway
#3 - My driveway is too damned short and the road too busy for a full length, so it's 20 yards low bar and 20 yard high post 'supersetted'

#2 for me (without the sprinting as I load the prowler as heavy as I can). Probably because I've watched strongmen pull mutha fuckin planes with that lean angle taking small steps. Also a higher cadence makes more sense to me coming from road bike background and copying Miguel Indurains climbing style. Actually seem to get some calf hypertrophy as well.

Ive always done sort of an inbetween version of the 2. Chest kinda up, arms kinda locked and kinda bent, and then sprint as hard as I can. The new video will definitely be taken into consideration going fwd

Regardless of back angle, I disagree with the heel strike advice.

Maybe. But not with a heel strike.

    James Harrison did.
