    Two months later and i am still struggling with my form, can you check my form please?

    Your descent is fine and you drive your hips up out of the bottom, but then stop, round your back, and lift your chest. Try this. Drop your elbows. By a good bit. Keep them down on the ascent, too. Focus on driving your hips up all the way through the middle. This cause you to be leaned over more for longer on the ascent. Fix that and you will be golden.

    Yeah, your shoulders are slightly asymmetrical. Many people's are, including mine. Nothing to get too upset about.

    starting strength coach development program

    My last workout, sorry about the camera angle, i was afraid to squat outside the rack, because i injured my lower back while deadlifting last week.
