Squats and Deadlift with Knee injury
If I am squating and deadlifting with a torn MCL what would be a good option of brace to wear?

I don't have a specific recommendation for a brace, although perhaps some others will. The first things to consider would be some knee sleeves, such as the SBDs, or a light knee wrap. I would probably wear them on both knees for the sake of symmetry. You want to make sure that you keep your femur in line with your foot when you squat, too. How unstable does your knee feel?
