    Hi, coaches.

    I wonder which grip width is proper to me.

    I'm 5'8", 150lbs.

    Probably 17, or maybe 16. Bring your elbows in a little and straighten out your wrists. This will cause the bar to float a little higher, but that is okay.

    I tried 17 inch grip with an empty bar. Tried to bring my arms in a little and straighten out my wrists.

    I'm not sure if I'm doing good with the press because I've never felt good with the press.(actually I feel bad after the press)

    I feel bad after presses, too. They hurt my feelings. Come to think of it, lifting weights hurts my feelings, too. That is why I try to avoid doing it.

    Those look just fine. You could come in a little narrower, if you want, but there is nothing wrong there. If you come in narrower, keep the elbows in tight like you did there. You don't want a narrow grip with your elbows flaring out.
