    Default Squat Form Check

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    After tweaking my back the other week while squatting, I'm back under the bar. But, I thought it would be a good time to submit a form check. The thumbs around grip is a fix for elbow/shoulder pain (10 years of rugby, multiple shoulder injuries).

    Your stance is a touch wide and the bar is a bit too high for the low bar position, but those are otherwise fine squats. Good control throughout.
