These are not bad squats - some room for improvement but you've got the depth and hip drive working, which is a good first step.
Initiate the lean-over from the waist, NOT by raising your elbows and rounding your thoracic spine. Lean over a little bit more on the way down, which means your knees will bend a bit less. Get your knees set in their terminal forward position a little sooner, so they don't slide forward at the bottom.
