2nd workout after a rough 3 month hiatus
I’m sorry about the less than perfect angle. The rack is wedged in a corner with a mirror, so I try and avoid facing that way. I can try flipping around if the angle suck too much.

Angle sucks, but can still see some stuff. Not bad. Maybe a little deep, though not sure. Work to stay midfoot as you initiate the ascent, don't let hips get ahead of chest and spill forward of midfoot. Descend a bit faster, but still 100% under control.
