    It sounds like you just need to stop re-aggravating it, and then work your way back up again once it lets you. You should know from daily activities approximately when that will be, at least enough to try an empty bar and go to 55 or 65 if that goes OK, and so on. But you're not going to "lose all that progress." It's almost always easier and faster to work back up to what you've recently done, than it was to get there in the first place.

    Thank you coach, for all of the adviceand responses. I've been resting it and paying attention to how daily life feels. At this point, there are just a few remnants of pain, but sneezing is finally possible without feeling like I broke a rib. A few more days should allow me to finally get back under the bar, but when I do, I will be sure to take it slow so as not to prolong this crap ant further. Thanks again for providing all your advice free of charge. It's a big help to those of us that can't afford in-person or online coaching quite yet.
