I am 40 years old on my 8 th week of Lp. This is 310 lbs last set. I did a reset from 315 down to 295 to clean up knee slide issues. I do pretty well with setting my knees and reaching back with my butt when using tubow but as soon as I take it away my knees shoot around like crazy. Does this look good enough to keep adding weight? Do you see any other issues. I also think I went a little too deep as indicated by the sound of my favorite running shorts ripping.

Yeah, you occasionally go too deep. On the whole your squats look good, but, as you noted, you have a touch of knee slide. At the bottom, work to stay leaned over and to hold your knees back. Think: squat high, knees back at the bottom. Don't hold them back at the top, however. Keep doing what you are doing on the way down, but focus on what happens at the bottom. Good work and carry on. I suspect if you have not put one in already, that you are ready for a light day on Wednesday. Carry on. Good work.
