Squat firm check
Good evening coaches,
I’ve been LP’ing my way back up after a lay off from a move. This was my last set of 370x5x3 from this morning. Any feedback on my form would be appreciated.
I suspect my back needs to be tighter, I need to set my knees earlier, and a few reps are high.
Thanks for taking the time to do this. I appreciate everything you guys do for free.

Rep 1 is high, 2 is borderline. Only things I'm seeing here are 1) You're breaking at the hips oh-so-slightly before the knees. Doing them at the same time will help you get your knees in position a little earlier, which helps rebound out of the bottom. 2) your head is down almost too much. Neutral spine. That includes the neck. Don't shove your head down so far. I've seen a lot of lifters have issues with Rep 1 depth. You have to come out and bury that first rep.
