Deadlift check
My deadlifts are starting to become more challenging as I’m approaching 1.5 x my body weight. I’ve noticed the last session what I consider to be some pretty ugly rounding in my back and I’d like to nip any errors in the butt now before I wind up injuring myself and having to go back to square 1; not uncommon for me unfortunately.
I have a video below and really appreciate any feedback.
Some info: 38yrs old, body weight 158lbs, deadlift here is 220lbs.
