    Training log: Dozer's Training Log

    Age: 23 Male
    Height: 175cm (5ft 9in)
    BW: 97.25kg (215lbs)
    Working weight: 115x5x3 (255bs)
    Best SQ: 147,5x5 (325lbs) Done @ 25 Dec 2017

    Notes:
    1) Main problem is that vertical bar path over mid-foot. It seems that whatever I do I can't make the bar move straight up and down. It looks like the bar is going down and forward, stops over mid-foot and on the ascent goes up and back. Help!
    2) I deliberately rock back and forth to find the mid-foot balance point at the start of every set.
    3) I tried getting my knees more forward but these last workouts I feel like if I push them more forward that I might lift my heels.
    4) Left knee starting to ache from time to time.

I am a verified user. Instead of having a Member sign under my name I asked Steff to use my nickname.

Dozer is correct - he is a verified user. He just made a bad choice.
